DESCRIPTION BREAKFAST

The hotel CACTUS ROYAL SPA & RESORT supporting the Greek market, especially the market of Crete and respecting the value of proper nutrition, serves a breakfast with tastes and flavors of Greece.

Our beautiful country produces ingredients with which we can prepare delicious traditional dishes that will satisfy even the most demanding palate.

The weekly menu selections for the Greek breakfast are so many so that our guests can taste them and not miss any.
Each place can give something different regarding the tastes, flavors and presentation.

That is why, there is the Greek breakfast in CACTUS ROYAL SPA & RESORT through which emerge the flavors of Greek cheeses such as cream cheese “mizithra”, the cheese “graviera”, the Cretan sausage preserved in vinegar, scrambled eggs “sfougato” and “strapatsada” with tomato, the freshly squeezed orange juice, the fresh fruit juice, the extra virgin olive oil on a variety of fresh breads, dried fruits (dates, raisins, apricots, figs), nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios), carob marmalade, the leek pie with wheat, the pumpkin pie, the traditional cheese pies “anevato kalitsouni” and “Sfakiani” pie, the pie with white cheese and icing sugar, the fried breads in eggs and sugar.
